HIDEOUT: Should be easy enough for everyone to see.

VERSUM HILL: In the main zone where you battle against the Franks.

MILLENNIUM SQUARE: Just south of the main Square.

BRINK TERMINAL: Far end of the map, to the right is the waterway and bridge.

MILLENNIUM MALL: Clear enough I feel.

PYRAMID ISLAND: Location locked to story progress. Get your rep, grind some pipe up, and you'll be here soon enough.

MATAAN: Location locked to story progress. Off screen to the left is a dancing unlockable character.

You probably have to resque the taxi driver at the Millennium Square. Big square next to taxi sign, there's also a cypher location on the square. Should be around here somewhere I think.

I don't know why but the taxi is not showing up for me. I interacted with all of them and dancing next to it but still won't work.
