This means you need the original divine intervention cheat menu mod, link is to the right in the required items section. Load order should be Princes of Darkness, main Divine Intervention Cheat Menu, then this compatibility patch.

@Lithane, any chance of a DICM, Fungaming, and POD multipatch? As a dirty workaround I'm using DICM and Fun's cheat mod with their compatch already, and just deleting POD's character_interactions_category file -- which works, but is less than ideal. :-)

Depending on the mods you use, Load times can be effected greatly. Just be patient and everything will be cool.

Idk, does it happen every time while trying to load a game, or only certain save files?
