I need to add; when the new screen appears there are 2 panels to choose. At the top of the screen there's GARAGE PANEL and PLAYER PANEL. Unlocking these tools will help you gain experience more quickly. Working on cars and driving in some events provide us with experience points. Every level-up gives us 2 coins for use on the pegboard. Today level 15 is the end and all upgrades will be unlocked.

Go up to and look at Pegboard on the wall with Engineering Drawings. A message below says PRESS 'E' TO OPEN THE SKILL TREE. The pegboard is Right of the Laptop Computer on the back Wall.
