"Updates at 6: Bricksville police officer Chase Ambro's is in extremely critical condition after he was shot serving a warrant on a armed robbery suspect. As Ambro and two other officers blocked in the suspects vehicle, he began to get out of the car and shoot, wounding officer Ambro. The suspect then ran to cover and shot at another officer on the scene, in the exchange of gun fire, the suspect was shot in the shoulder. The suspect then carjacked a victim in a gray pickup truck and News chopper 4 and the responding officers lost sight of the suspect. The suspects name has not been released at this time.

Updates at 10: The suspects name has been released as Milton Santiago. The vehicle he carjacked was a 1999 Chevrolet S-10 Extended Cab. There is also a 20,000 award for information leading to capture of Santiago.
Officer Ambro is still in extremely critical condition at this hour.

UPDATE 9/5/23: The suspect was arrested in a abandon house on Snocks road in south east Bricksville without incident. He is currently being held in the Brickcale county penitentiary awaiting charges. Officer Ambro has been released from the hospital and is in good spirits."
