Ahoy mateys!

A few words:

First there are some general tips and after that, every single developer is marked and located if you have trouble finding them.
In the end there are all the maps with all developers marked for those who want to find all at once (if possible ;))

So, be warned and prepared while sailing through the seven seas!

Yo-ho-ho! A pirates life for me

General tips:

For getting all developers at once you have to use at least the difficulty level of "Legend" or you customize your difficulty level but with "Enemy Setup" switched to max. Otherwise, there will be some maps where not all developers can be found.

You can track your badge progress under:
F2 (ESC -> Logbook) -> Global Statistics -> Cry some more

- Press "h" to highlight the enemies so you can see them better.

- There are several mob types scattered across the map. If you move your cursor over them you can see which mob it is. If it is a name, then you found a developer :)

- If you die while "harming" the developers it will count as +1 badge-progress (so "run -> blow the man down -> die" is an option (remember: you are a swashbuckling ghost)).

i'll be trying for 100% this game and the locations of those developers willing to sacrifice themselves for a badge is very helpful , thank you mate for doing it

@JamzD_P: Thanks for your tip. Indeed I forgot to comment on El Cazador. I corrected the description for both developers so that it is more precise.
The Legend difficulty comment was still in the text from a time when I didn´t know it better ;)

Olaf "El Cazador De Espiritus" is "hidden" behind increased guards placement, you should probably add that, as you did for the Grand Alcazar ones. Also you don't need to use the Legend difficulty for them, it's enough to switch the guards placement option.

in Iron Bay (5th dev) you have a screenshot of 1st dev. Very helpful guide btw, thx a lot

Found something similar with Abbe as Basito. They need a shanking. Basito can be reached by either gaelle yeeting one of your crew at the ravelin or grand blink onto it. This can only be done from the servant's ship docked at the servant's port. Despite said ship showing up on the map it actually only is there during the mission you retrieve the captain's head.

Abbe can only be reach by doing the same onto the ship. I recommend aiming at the beakhead bellow the forecastle with a Mr. Mercury brand cannonball and hoping the targeting line clips through the bars otherwise it's utterly impossible due to the sound of their landing setting off literally all the guards.

Basically it's not just a "kill" objective it does in fact mean "find".
