Mod basically adds a unique mechanic that makes your brim either suffer or not from shot speed.

*THIS TOUCHES EVERY SINGLE BRIMSTONE LIKE ITEM. SUCH AS MONTEZUMA, REVELATION, LIL BRIMSTONE, BOTH A ZAZA AND TAINTED AZAZEL*

Actually... more shot speed more ticks makes sense for tears too... Cuz they could be ticked more frequently to actually hit enemies.

doesnt that mean that a slight improvement in shot speed will be as valuable as a Q3 big damage up?
