Proof of concept mod which removes the target indicators from ships if they're out out of scanner range (default is 10km, it can be further boosted by scanner upgrades)

I need someone to test the behavior of this mod in a multiplayer setting!

A lot of credit goes towards SDK for showing me how to get rid of the indicators.

Just a heads up since I failed to mention it when posting the mod. It does break saves if its removed (as its just a proof of concept). The save is playable but the indicators will be buggy at best.
