Cut Spitter Particles

Opis
Within particles\spitter_fx.pcf, I (as in Smrekish) found a couple of unused components for the acid pool.. so I added them back in this addon!

This brings back a swarm of bugs and haze.

The glow effects look bad in my opinion so I decided to move them into this addon:

It clips & you can see it from underneath map geometry (e.g ceilings), think that's why they disabled it/remove it lol

Those effects make it actually look like there's a reason why you get hurt when you're 10 feet above the puddle.
