Flavor Pack: Beautification

One day the mayor looked around the smoldering industrial hellscape of corpse-strewn rubble and thought, "wowzers, this place sure is ugly." Thus began the beautification project, which so far consists mostly of planting like 20% more grass and trees around the city. Also hiring more sanitation staff to go around cleaning up after all the open gang warfare in the streets.

So far no policy has been implemented to actually, like, stop all the violence or make anyone's lives materially better. It's pretty much just more plants.

This pack contains 100 new chunks that are just normal vanilla-style buildings but with extra vegetation. So fancy! Mix it with other flavor packs to drive home just how misguided this aesthetic overhaul has been or use it on its own to pretend property values might still be above $0.

This pack is CCU enhanced, you can play it just fine without any mods but using CCU will give additional functionality to several NPCs. The wandering Janitors will pick up items and count as common folk, Library Clerks will identify items for free, Barbers allow you to bribe the law at a cheaper rate and Garden Shopkeepers will actually have shops, woah! Again though the mod isn't required at all for 95% of the experience, don't need no fancy new tech to appreciate some plants.
