This is a personal edit which you may use if you like that replaces the snow and ice materials with stone making it a dry desert-like planet. I highly recommend using a mod like "Moisture Vaporizer" for ice which can be found here:

The idea of this edit is to make surviving the dry planet a bit more harsh adding the challenge if you have Oxygen enabled on your save/server. If you find any issues please let me know in the comments and I'll do my best to fix them.
