This is a compilation of minor changes to culture that I think fit with vanilla.

Features:
  • Adds Arberian, Crimean Gothic and Mandaean cultures
  • Aramean heritage for Syriac and Mandaean
  • Adds Sudanese and Kalmyk culture names
  • Changes the cultures of several counties in Pannonia
  • Adds new languages
  • More traditions at start for cultures starting with too few
  • Changes spelling of several words (see changelog)

Compatible with all the mods in DCM. Not compatible with other mods that change the pillars of cultures.
