Refurbished Station Buildings - No Platform Headers

This mod is an addon to my three refurbishment mods of the vanilla Era A, B and C stations. I should like to thank MadHatter for the scripting for these; it was so long ago he may not remember doing it!

The mod consists solely of the main and side buildings in each of the colour schemes for the relevant eras. All three of my refurbished station mods are required for this one to work properly.

Features include:

1. Gardens, benches and lamps moved along with the building so proportional distances remain the same for pedestrian lanes.

2. Some benches and bins adjacent to the Era A buildings have been removed as it looks too crowded with similar furniture on the platform.

3. Custom menu icons with 'NH' overlaid on the images to differentiate from those buildings with header platforms.

4. Full menu integration with my original three refurbished mods so all items appear in a coherent order in the Passenger Buildings menu.

Notes:

1. The header and non-header buildings should not be placed immediately adjacent to one another otherwise the end wall will become invisible as the building thinks it is joining to its neighbour.

2. The platform canopies for my mods as well as MadHatter's Generic Stations ones clip slightly into the buildings but are visually acceptable.

3. Large overall roof mods such as Hull Paragon, Manchester Piccadilly and other similar ones will not look good as too many elements clip into the buildings, the clocks are often obscured and there are large columns in the centre of doorways.

4. The non-header buildings cannot be built directly from the station construction phase, but should be used to replace existing buildings in the Configure menu once the station is initially constructed.
