It has way more gore and way more blood. This recommended if you like gore.
Strong Drag
Makes you stronger than hulk and spider-man combined

This makes the cursor strong if you were wondering not the slap and I repeat it won't make slap stronger
Drunk Mode
He becomes so drunk he can barely walk and stand.
Super Endurant
Stanley has more balance and is more strong

You get less blood in the map which is umm not recommended because it doesn't make sense to add less blood in a gore game.
