- Make sure it's in shade as to not get sunburn!

- Install it on a flat surface with little to no rocks or possible obtrusion

- Build it higher up as for possible rainwater to not drain into the sandbox, rather away from it

Make sure you have:

- screws
- sand
- tarp
- wood
- measuring tools

place a large wood board on the ground; this will be the base of the sandbox. Measure and cut wood planks to surround the entire perimeter, leaving little to no holes for sand to leak out. If building the sandbox into the ground itself, make sure to add a tarp at this point covering the installed wood planks.

Next, add another layer of planks doing the exact same thing with the exact same sizes as the planks before. If using a tarp, place them on top of the tarp as for it to not move.

Now simply place all of the sand inside of the sandbox; now you're done! feel free to modify it as much as you want, place toys inside of it, and have fun!
