Beskrivning
Adds the Player as the owner to everything for the new CHEAT MENU menu.(Does not appear to break anything in may testing)

Added a new mod option "I would like to buy a blueprint." in "Modify player" then "Modify Faction"

This included the following game and dlc things:
X4: Base Game
X4: Split Vendetta
X4: Cradle of Humanity
X4: Tides of Avarice
X4: Kingdom End
X4: Hyperion Pack
