In this guide there is linked an Excel spreadsheet that has every single item needed to be collected, where to collect it, and an area to check it off to track your progress. I had one of these when I 100% Dark Souls Remastered and was surprised when I could not find one for Dark Souls III so I made my own!

the best thing I can recommend is remark each ring and see if you accidentally marked one extra that you missed. I did that before

After clicking the link press File > Make A Copy so you can mark it up as you progress!
