Как и многие я столкнулся данной проблемой. И после долгих попыток получения злосчастных достижений. Вот мой способ решение этой проблемы. Увы не гарантирую результат.

Для начала нужно очистить игру от всех данных. Это можно сделать двумя способами:

• 1) Удалить все данные из реестра.
  Нужно найти в реестре папку HH6Studio91 и удалить ее.
  \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\HH6Studio91
  
  
• 2) Создать и зайти в еще одного пользователя в Windows. И соответственно зайти в нем в Steam за свою учётку и играть с неё. (Лично у мне именно этот метод и помог)

First you need to clear the game of all data. There are two ways to do this:

• 1) Delete all data from the registry.
  You need to find the HH6Studio91 folder in the registry and delete it.

• 2) Create and log in to another user in Windows. And accordingly, log in to Steam for your account and play with it. (Personally, this method helped me)

• Далее: ВАЖНО! Нужно сделать всё за один запуск, не выходя из игры. (Лично у меня при "первом запуске" нет звука)
  
• Заходим в Гачу и играем до определенного момента. Нужно в Гаче получить всех пяти девочек и 1250 сердечек. "Денег" должно хватить с избытком.
  
• После заходим в Галерею и покупаем все позы для всех девочек. И больше ничего!
  
• Выходим из игры. Достижения должны выпасть после выхода из игры.

• Next: IMPORTANT! You need to do everything in one run without leaving the game. (Personally, I have no sound at the "first launch")
  
• We go into the Gacha and play up to a certain point. It is necessary to get all five girls and 1250 hearts in Gacha. "Money" should be enough in excess.
  
• After we go to the Gallery and buy all the poses for all the girls. And nothing else!
  
• Exit the game. Achievements should drop out after exiting the game.
