Opis
Tweaks the upkeep cost reduction on Black Ark Corsair's for Lokhir so that he doesn't get free corsairs while using Rhox's Black Ark Flagship mod. It will be incompatible with mods that modify this trait (hence why Rhox didn't want to do that on their mod which doesn't overwrite any vanilla tables)
