Training is dependent on trainer skill and widom and trainee wisdom.
You are saying you don't need several weeks to train Nails up to 90?
You can do it in less than 14 days?
I didn't misunderstand you right.
My point was that training a 60 skillstat merc up to 90 takes weeks. (Especially if they have low wis.)

But training some low Wis merc up to 90 takes weeks.
Total Concentration is more valuable than Anatomical Precision because its damage applies to all attacks, including explosives. As I wrote in the description, "Nailed It and Total Concentration both improve melee/explosive damage and trigger from melee/explosive kills."
Where True Strike comes into play, i.e. melee attacks, you are guaranteed to get kills on most, if not all targets, regardless of whether or not you have +50% crit damage - melee damage with The Thing is insane.
