In the "Ogress barn fight", I cast Grease inside the barn, then Poison Cloud & Fog. Ordered my tiny spider companion to go to the front line and close the barn doors. She then used her Dash to gain movement points and block the door by moving boxes and barrels in front. :D

In DOSII, I used to Polymorph enemies with Chicken Claw & then use Aerothurge Teleportation to TP them into deep water. lol

It's a mechanic that was present in Larians previous games. It's absolutely intended.

maybe not intended but definitely not prohibited, or it would've been patched out ages ago. There are a metric f&ckton of "probably not intended but highly useful/fun" stuff in the game, like all your casters/rangers carrying three boxes with them everywhere, so you can instantly stack and stand atop them and gain "High Ground Advantage" in every fight ;)

oh, also.. the AOE draws a shade on the ground prior to launch.. so it’s not a glitch, no worries you won’t be cheating

yea, if you’ve played DOS I & II, you just know it’s intentional.. I love those kind of sweet logical quirks in games
