This is based on Street Fighter 6's Walkout, which basically is the VS screen but it makes it so much cooler.

BTW. This is an experiment that I wanted to try out and I wanted to test out my skills in Premiere Pro a bit more. Besides that, I thought that given VSH and the seal were pretty much the star of the show for Tf2's summer update and are still kicking some air, I thought it would be fine to just continue on the trend for a bit before it goes quiet for the moment. I only know like the general things about the seal and Saxton Hale, so some of them may not be accurate for Saxton Hale and also I think it'd be best just to keep the seal's other info as ??? just to be safe until the creator confirms everything.

Seriously, why didn't I thought of this before? Also, this will be one of the few rare moments that I would ever be animating things in 60 fps, as long as it looks good.

I swear this seal is really starting to grow on me ever since it has debuted in the Summer Update in TF2. (Yes, I know the seal is a girl. The creator already confirmed her name is Sylvia.)
