If you're talking about the large carrier that looks like a modern US carrier its made out of light armor and is built to be fast so it doesn't damage sponge very well. There is another carrier I'm building that is out of heavy armor and will do what the IEC destroyers will do concerning damage sponging.

don't get me wrong, I LOVE the naval fleet, and I still use that carrier (I legit spent over 2 hrs trying to build a projector and trying to line up the projection so I could salvage it :D ) but it does have slight problems with survivability

possibly, from what I could tell, it was the ease of which the hull was breached below the water line (compared to the destroyers that have the ability to just sponge rockets and gatling rounds with ease)

Might need more compartmentalizing to prevent it from sinking so easy.

oh hell yes :D (also slight complaint regarding the water carriers, WAY too easy to sink compared to the smaller ships :D)
