Gears of War 1 - The Slab

Hello there!

This a remake of the first Singleplayer level "14 Years after Emergence Day" from the first Gears of War. However i've expanded the prison to much farther than ever seen in the first game. I did this because without the additions, the prison would just be 3 interior areas and 2 exterior ones, and it didn't feel like a good enough map.

PLEASE NOTE: You need the required addon, yes I know it sucks having to download over a gigabyte of stuff just to play on 1-2 maps, but in the long run, if I continue to do more of these maps, then it means you won't be downloading 15+ gb of shiz by the end. Also in reality it just makes it easier for me to fix model related issues, so there's that.

IF YOU DECOMPILE THIS MAP, please ask permission to reupload anything you edit/change. If you want the models for the map i'm fine with people extracting them for use in say scenebuilding or SFM, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't just use them to make maps/upload the models seperately as a pack without asking me first!!!

General:

Lots of Physics props
Beautiful color correction (Make sure you have it turned on in your graphics settings! It makes a huge difference!)
Admin room
Audiophile enjoyable audio (Hopefully you'll like it.) Ehhhhhh, it's still a WIP but I got burnt out on working on the map, so it will need updated in the future. However at the very least, soundscapes are in place for each room.

Fully noded, list of nodes in use:

Basic movement nodes
Override Jump nodes
Cover nodes (combine will crouch in safe areas)
Strider nodes (striders will chase you now)
