Introduction
This guide shows 95% playthrough as I didn't manage to find everything. However, I got the achievement for 100%, so it means you don't need to find everything in one playthrough. I have no idea what it is that I found earlier, but not this time.

The paths are left, middle, and right as seen from the tent, and left/right side of the path means as seen from the direction of the tent. You don't need to see the subject, as long as you see the text on the screen, the photo will register.
Day 1
Some of these can be found later, but tracks (other than Capybara), frogs and feathers only appear on specific days.

Tree - Photograph the big tree.
Butterfly - Pick up a fruit and place it on the ground.
Frog - Photograph the frog on the tree, under a Purple Bromeliad.
Fallen tree - Photograph the fallen tree.

Two birds - Photograph the owl feathers (middle path, at the end, on a rock).
Capybara - Photograph the Capybara before it leaves.
Cave - Photograph the cave.
Toucan - Photograph the Toucan feathers (on the opposite side of the path from the owl feathers, on a rock).

Tree - Shake the small tree by the fallen tree.
Orchid - Photograph an orchid near the lantern after dark. I think it's the one nearest to the lantern on the left, but there are three of them, so try and see, which one triggers this.
Day 2

Deer - Photograph the tracks (middle path, after the Capybara tracks).
Toucan - Photograph the Toucan up in the tree (go to the end of the path, turn around, look up left).
Day 3
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3014844153

Anteater - Photograph the tracks near the backpack.
Frog - Photograph the frog sitting on a rock (at the start of the left path).
Macaw - Photograph the feathers (left path, right side, on a rock).
Toucan - Photograph the Toucan in the tree (left path; go to the end, turn around, and look up right).
Day 4
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3014844219

Toucan - Photograph the Toucan feathers (left path, follow the Capybara).
Two birds - Photograph the feathers (middle path, right side, on the ground).
Frog - Photograph the blue frog (right path, at the end).
Camp - Light the campfire.
Day 5

Rainbow - I took a picture of the Capybara by the waterfall. Another time I got this by taking a photo of her and her babies as they emerged from under the leaves.
Toucan - Play with the hanging vine.
Toucan - Photograph the Toucan on the branch.
Capybara - Pet the Capybara.

Two Capybaras - Pet a baby Capybara in front of the tent.

Fabulous guide, thank you! I followed it to the letter for my second run and it was a breeze. Your hints and screenshots are life savers, thanks.

To clairfy for Lil_GingerSlice: If you're missing a couple of achievements at the end of a run, load your game (instead of reset) and you can do what you are missing. The game takes you to the last night just before you sleep so it's pretty good.

Thanks for this guide, I finally was able to get the "Find all hidden discoveries" achievement. So I now have 100% of the steam achievements.

I haven't got 100% in the game though, I think I need to get all of the achievements during one game for that maybe.

Thank you for this guide :) For anyone struggling and was stuck at 97%, I found it was the orchid - I had to take a photo of 4 of them and it woke the orchids up once captured properly (if there is a mushroom or butterfly in the way, it doesn't work).
