1. You take your fists and hit them. It's that simple! But I'll break it down for you. 1, You raise your fist. 2, You propel your fist towards them with full force. 3, You've done it, now repeat until you see fit.

2. You take an object and slam it over their head. IT'S THAT SIMPLE! I personally do this to my partner all the time!
