Setup
Language Installation
Navigate to Settings, then select Time & Language. From there, access the Preferred Languages section to initiate the addition of a new language. Verify the presence of the microphone icon beside the chosen language, as it is required for voice recognition functionality.
Click on the "Next" button to proceed. Make sure to select "Basic speech recognition" and, if available, opt for "Enhanced speech recognition" as well. Afterward, initiate the installation process by pressing the "Install" button.

Once that's done, transition to MacroWin and access the "Tools" menu. From there, navigate to "Voice" and subsequently select "Language." Configure the language setting to match the BCP-47 value, which you can locate on the designated website.

Other Settings
Additionally under the "Voice" section, you can customize the following aspects:
  • Push to Talk: Transition between push-to-talk mode and continuous voice activation, adapting to your preference and workflow.

Voice Activated Macro
Note
MacroWin utilizes the system's default microphone device for voice commands. Please ensure that you have set your microphone as the primary input device.

Macro
Create a new macro and add a new "Voice Command" trigger.
Specify a phrase and configure the level of recognition accuracy necessary to fire the trigger
Optionally, toggle the sound effect that resonates when the designated phrase is successfully recognized.
After configuring the remaining components of your macro, press the designated keys or button, and speak the predetermined phrase. Upon doing so, your macro should execute its designated actions.
