In order to connect you will need to install a DLL file

Go to here [github.com]

And download "dinput8.dll"
Save the file to wherever

Then copy paste the file into the game directory

After installing the DLL file you then need to make an account for the servers, (you will need discord for this step) join this server: https://discord.gg/fwkQmPGtfa and navigate to #bot-channel and paste the following into the chat "wh-register grid_pc" you should get a DM from the bot.


Once this appears create your username and if successful you will see.


Create a password and if everything is correct your account will be created.

Run GRID and go to "Multiplayer" in the main menu


And head to "Online"



You'll be asked to sign in, use the credentials we made earlier to login and play!
You can choose between Ranked, Unranked and Private.

This mod doesn't work with the DLC mod or any modifications made to the game data, the game will force disconnect you if it detects and mods installed such as
Broski's Improvements
DLC Coversion

Either create a game or find one, pick your cars and tracks and race!
