bill wurtz, the musical youtuber, is now a full playable character in the video game rivals of aether. nspecial sends out a word that does some damage and decent knockback. forward special is a spin attack throwing a trash can as a projectile. uspecial is peach uspecial but maybe better. down special bill thrusts the handle of his umbrella, if hit the foe will be trapped as bill jumps in for an attack of choice, a literal combo starter.
