The developers took the servers offline. The game is supposed to still work in offline mode. It does, but with limitations. This mod fixes offline mode.

Replace file Assembly-CSharp.dll with the one provided in the archive.
It resides in subdirectory "Warhammer 40K Regicide_Data\Managed" of the game directory.
On standard installations, the game directory is at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 Regicide".

Verify game files.

In offline mode, the game has no access to online profiles. Everything the player did or purchased online is gone.
The game tries to automatically log into the online account. With servers offline, the game cannot enter main menu proper.

- Force offline mode:
Removes automatic login so the game displays the login window at gamestart.
It also removes almost all elements from that window so players have to select "X" which leads to offline mode.

- Display resolution:
Adds the resolution of the current display to the list of available resolutions. Unless the resolution is one the game already provides.
Works fine with 4k. Supposed to work but untested with any resolution including but not limited to 8k.

- Unlocks:
Unlocks items that are not normally available in offline mode.

- Skill Points:
Unlimited skill points to purchase everything from the armory without grind.

- Nosplash
Disables intro movie. If you want to watch it, launch the unmodded game.
