There are 40 achievements, so give me an award if it was helpful.

Game Achievement.
A Breath of Fresh Air
Make your way out of the offices.

Explanation: Escape of the offices.

Hospitality
Find Ricky´s snackeroos.

Explanation: When you escape of the Offices, if you go to the principal hotel, in the table when you rang the bell, you find food.
IMPORTANT: The food only appear in lower difficultys (thanks jenitals joestar) and only appear if you see all cutscenes (thanks Gildz).

Treasure Hunt
Gain access to Stage 5.

Explanation: Go to Stage 5.

It Doesn´t Work
Waste 20 rounds on Pearl.

Explanation: Shoot Pearl 20 times.

Sugar Rush
Reach a max speed of 50MPH.

Explanation: Eat five or more energy bars.

Weapons Archievements.
The Trusty Wrench
Find the pipe wrench.

Explanation: The pipe wrench is the first weapon you collect. You can find her in the Stage 4 in the first floor at Grip 4: Camera Depts.

Learn Your ABCs
Find the Rolodexer.

Explanation: The Rolodexer is the second weapon you can collect. You can find her in the Stage 4 in the first floor at Vip Dressing Room.

Loquacious
]Find the Novelist.

Explanation: The Novelist is the third weapon you can collect. You can find her in the Sewers in the west basement at Office Room.

A Powerful Point
Find some Punctuations.

Explanation: Puntuation are grenades. You can find her all over the Offices.

Pure Rhetorical Power
Find the Conclusion.

Explanation: The Conclusion are the last weapon you can collect. You can find her in the Stage 5.

Finals Achievements.
Resurrection
Defeat the boss and escape the Unfriendly Neighborhood.

Explanation: When you defeat the final boss, go outside and finish the game.

Mercy
Escape the Unfriendly Neighborhood without defeating the boss.

Explanation: In the boss zone, you need to wait two minutes when you push the lever. TIP: walk around the place so that you don´t be caught by the boss.

One More Season
Gordon helped the show come back.

Explanation: Before you complete the game, Ricky says you if you want help to the show continue, in this case, select YES.

Canceled Yet Again
Gordon rejected Ricky´s offer.

Explanation: Before you complete the game, Ricky says you if you want help to the show continue, in this case, select NO.

Unfinished Work
Gordon left work early.

Explanation: When you pass the Stage 4, you can go at home. Only go to the truck and select YES.

Morning
A new day dawns.

Explanation: Help everyone and say YES in the end.

Basic Training
Finish the game on Normal difficulty or harder.

Explanation: Select the Normal difficulty or harder and complete the game.

First Mission
Finish the game on Survival difficulty or harder.

Explanation: Select the Survival difficulty or harder and complete the game.

War Hero
Finish the game on Veteran difficulty or harder.

Explanation: Select the Veteran difficulty or harder and complete the game.

Commando
Finish the game on Unfriendly difficulty.

Explanation: Select the Unfriendly difficulty and complete the game.

Passing Grade
Finish the game with a B rank or higher.

Explanation: Complete the game with a B rank or higher. Any difficultys is valid.

A Student
Finish the game with an A rank or higher.

Explanation: Complete the game with an A rank or higher. Any difficultys is valid.

Honor Roll
Finish the game with an S rank.

Explanation: Complete the game with an S Rank. Any difficultys is valid.

Somewhat Impressive!
Finish the game on Normal or harder with an S rank.

Explanation: Select the Normal difficulty or harder and complete the game with an S Rank.

Slightly Staggering!
Finish the game on Survival or harder with an S rank.

Explanation: Select the Survival difficulty or harder and complete the game with an S Rank.

Soundly Shocking!
Finish the game on Veteran or harder with an S rank.

Explanation: Select the Veteran difficulty or harder and complete the game with an S Rank.

Simply Stupendous!
Finish the game on Unfriendly with an S rank.

Explanation: Select the Unfriendly difficulty and complete the game with an S Rank.
Challenges Achievements.
Reckless
Finish the game without saving.

Explanation: You can´t save in the game. This achievement can complete in any difficulty.

Tapeless
Finish the game without using any duct tape.

Explanation: You can´t use any duct tape in the game. This achievement can complete in any difficulty.

Streamlined
Finish the game without opening the tool chest.

Explanation: You can´t open the tool chest in the game. This achievement can complete in any difficulty.

Survivor
Finish the game without healing.

Explanation: You can´t heal yourself in the game. This achievement can complete in any difficulty.

Simplicity
Finish the game with only the Rolodexer.

Explanation: Cannot use all weapon except the Rolodexer. This achievement can complete in any difficulty.
Gordon Helps Marionettes Achievements.
Looking in the Mirror
Gordon helped Pearl.

How to help Pearl:
  • 1. First you have to stay in Stage 4.
  • 2. Secondly, you need to put the fish in the Pizza-Clock of the Pizzeria.
  • 3. Then, you need to find the Fish Box. The box is located on the fourth floor. Inside it, there are some Glasses.
  • 4. Inside Flower Shop you see a door. Go through the door and when Pearl stands there, put the glasses on her.
  • 5. Go behind the building and you will find her when you finish the puzzle in the area. Talk to her and you will get the achievement.

A Start of Light
Gordon helped Gobblette.

How to help Gobblette:
  • 1. First you have to stay in the Office, on the Projection Room.
  • 2. Secondly, you need to find four Tapes Recording.
    · The first tape is located in the projector and the second near the railing (in the same place).
    · The third tape is located in the Sewers, at the rhombus door.
    · The forth tape is located in the East Basement, at the triangle door.
  • 3. Put all tapes and get close the railing. Then all animations, go to it and you will get the achievement.

A Purging Tide
Gordon helped Ray.

How to help Ray:
  • 1. First, you need to find an object call Pump Piece, in the Sewers, at the rhombus door.
  • 2. Secondly, you need to go to East Basement, at the triangle door. Put the object near the place Ray try to repair. Then you will get the achievement.

A Dog´s Best Friend
Gordon helped the dogs.

How to help the dogs:
  • 1. First, you need to find an object call Dog Food, in the Garden, near number 8.
  • 2. Secondly, you need to go to number 7. Put the object in the corresponding place, ring the bell and then you will get the achievement.

Music for Four Hands
Gordon helped Arnold.

Explication: this part takes place while playing the story of the game. It isn´t neccesary explain nothing.
Cheat Tapes Achievements.
Scratched
Find a cheat tape.

Explanation: You only need to find one tape or more.

Worn Out
Find five cheat tapes.

Explanation: You only need to find five tapes or more.

Cheater´s Reward
Play with all cheats active.

Explanation: You only need to entry in a game with all cheats active.

DLC: The Neightborhorde Zone.
The next three achievements only can do it when you finished the game.

Neighborhord Veteran
Unlocked all Neighborhorde stages.

Explanation: You need to unlocked all level. For unlocked the next level you need to get rank C or more.

Neighborhorde Family
Unlocked all Neighborhorde characters.

Explanation: You need to complete only one level to get the first character. After, you need to do the same with the new character, and repite this to get all characters. P.S: there are only four characters.

Final Mystery
Later is now.

Explanation: To get this achievement you need to do:

  • First, you need to get one rank S with ALL character. When you get it, the game gaves you a knife to cut tapes.
  • Secondly, you need to start a new game and go to "Stage 4". In the second floor, there is a room with the circle key. Into it, you will find a cabinet with tape, and you'll need to cut it and take the key.
  • Finally, in the principal room when we talked with the sock, there are a second floor. Go upstairs and search the room "123". Then, open this door with the key and you'll get the achievement.

You can accidentally get 'Later is now' if you play with free cam (it just allows you to walk into room 123) even before getting all the stuff done with Neighborhorde. At least it allowed me to do so.

The cheat tape video you linked is now outdated. Cheat tape #9 (the one accessed through the pirate stage) is not there, I did instead find it in the conference room in the office. Conference room can be accessed from the behind green triangle door where you first get the dice. Thanks for the otherwise great guide!

Does anyone know where to find the cheat tape that gives Gordon the ability to jump? I can't seem to find it

So for the Hospitality achievement. You need to watch the cutscene when you pick up the first gun in the studio so that Ricky comments he has left his snackeroos in the Lobby. You can then return to the lobby straight away and pick up his snacks directly in front of the place he popped out of the lobby counter. No need to go to the sewer or return from the office.

I think the cheat only works to obtain the S rank, but for the challenge achievements it doesn't work. All I did put invincible cheat and infinite ammo. Not used toolbox nor saved the game nor healed myself. But still didn't received the achievements

Correction: even the challenge achievements can be obtained using cheats.

I think it's worth noting that you can use cheats to get S-rank on the various difficulties and get the achievements. But the challenge achievements do not work with cheats, but playing on easy those shouldn't be a huge problem.

small change maybe that the dev did or somethin, neighborhoard S ranks for me poped the tape cutter after S ranking the stages after I had already S ranked the characters so either it is the stages alone that does it or it is both the stages and characters that spawn the cutter.

I got "Hospitality" on Survival difficulty. Btw. if any of you has trouble getting the 5 energy bars for "Sugar Rush": you'll get 2 by getting and pretty much next to it you can buy candies with tokens.
