Nick's Custom ULX

Adds (so far) these commands:

"ulx dissolve" or "!dissolve", this will dissolve the targetted player.

"ulx entity_fire" or "!entity_fire", this will fire the specified entity (or entities) with the specified input (and parameter if needed)

"ulx infiniteammo" or "!infiniteammo", this will toggle infinite ammo for the player.

"ulx oneshot" or "!oneshot", this toggles for the specified player.

"ulx infinitehealth" or "!infinitehealth", sets a specific amount of health that will never change, a sort of demi-godmode. (you can very much still die)

"ulx infinitearmor" or "!infinitearmor", sets a specific amount of armor that will never change.

"ulx setdamagescale" or "!setdamagescale", this will set a multiplier of all damage dealt by the specified player.

"ulx rapidfire" or "!rapidfire", makes most weapons instantly refire, depends on the weapon/weapon base (may not work at all)
