Getting the Internet Radio to work in Trucks & Trailers
Just a heads up to folks who might be trying to active the internet radio player in the game and are having issues. First of all you have to add an internet radio address to a file that is created the first time you start the game. It is NOT there after just installing, you need to run the game once for the folder to be created.

The file you are looking for is in the My Docs folder, which is usually found at this address: C:\Users\[your name]\Documents\Trucks & Trailers. The file name is live_streams.sii and it's similar to the one in Euro Truck Simulator 2.

I copied over the live_streams.sii from my ETS2 docs folder, but I found this didn't work. I played around with the given live_streams.sii file in Trucks & Trailers folder and used just one station to get it to work, and here's what the file looks like, cleaned up of all non-essential code:

SiiNunit { live_stream_def : .live_streams { stream_data[]: "http://78.129.163.140:8070/|EKR Rock Radio" } }

What also messed me up was that you can't enable the radio until you are in a task, there is no radio selection in the options menu. Once you start a task and are in your truck, press "R" and the music player interface comes up. Click the desired radio station (in this case "EKR Rock Radio") and it will switch from white to yellow. Then press the little play button near the bottom of the music player interface. Alternatively you can just double-click the radio station name.

It might be possible to get this file to work with some slight coding differences, but the above example definitely does work, at least for me. Post any question you might have and I'll try to answer them.

There are also some basic instructions in the original file. # can be used to make comments inside the file.
For those that are interested here's a Google search for feeds that should work https://www.google.com.au/search?q=mp3+radio+streams&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&gws_rd=cr&ei=K8mUVNr7CoOn8AXuu4CIBg
