A random [AWP] "rebalance"

The AWP with just a couple of tweaks to make it more "unique" and less of a filler weapon, since valve just rushed the cs weapons into the game to "compensate" the german censorship ; so rejoice because the rifle can now kill commons with just 1 shot on realism ; and also any S.I that has a health below 300 : like Hunters , smokers , boomers and spitters on any difficulty.

(Detailed change notes):
DMG: 300 (def:115) ---> more damage jockeys can be 1 shot when performing a headshot.
MAG: 8 (def:20) --------> less mag capacity.a trade off for the higher damage.
RESERVE: 72 (def:180)-> less max ammo capacity. same reason as the mag
PENETRATION POWER: 100 (def:50) -> deals full damage instead of half to subsequent targets.

[Disclaimer] you can expect commons to visually be pushed off on certain directions when shot with the AWP ; pretty much the same as shotguns can do by default.
