Kuvaus
A voice pack for Bill that changes multiple of his lines into that of Sebatian's from The Evil Within 1 & 2. It only changes some, not all voice lines, though I likely intend more updates. My first attempt at such a mod project, feedback and suggestions are welcome!

This is almost perfect! If somehow you can. try to make it to where it only plays Sebastian lines. having Bill and Sebastian speaking back to back is kind of jarring. But fantastic job so far.
