you will need a copy of Terraria WHICH IS RUNNING ON YOUR DESKTOP (important). I recommend the use of a doughnut to assist in the process, and have a fire extinguisher ready if you are struggling with getting this achievement.

(for reference, a doughnut should look similar to this)

create a new Terraria world, preferably one including trees. the difficulty of this world should be normal, but if you feel spicy you can try expert.


if you Terraria application looks like this, you may need to restart the process as their is a possibility you are running the wrong program.

upon entering a new world, you will be in possesion of 3 tools, one of which should be an axe. if the modifier of this axe is not "quick" or "legendary" you will have to reset the run as any other modifier is too ineficient.

you will now need to find a tree. there should be one near spawn, however if there isn't, you should probably reset the run as it is too much effort to walk.



trees should look like this. upon cutting one down, you will be achieved with an achievment.
