there is a total of 32 endings all with 2 different outcomes, you need to unlock all outcomes to unlock the ending, you will know this when in the gallery there is a E1 and E2 above the scenario.

once ALL outcomes are achieved head to the gallery and in there will be a button that say "END" click on it and the final cut-scene will play and you will earn the final achievement.
