Go to your Library, right click on the game and click Properties, under Installed Files click Browse.
The default location is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NAge

Open Option.dat with Notepad or a preferred text editing program.

Change the resolution to 1920 1080 and if you want fullscreen change the fullscreenmode to 1 and Save the file.

Keep in mind that there are issues with lowering the game while in fullscreen and the resolution doesn't seem to go above 1080.
