Beskrivning
Provides controls to change the default camera as mod options.
To access it first make sure that the mod is enabled in the Mod Manager. Then go to the game options, navigate to the tab on the right named "Mod Options" and then select "Camera Options".
The mod already modifies certain aspects of the vanilla camera, as the max zoom distance for instance.
Brief information about each control and it's default modded value:

  • Min Pitch (deg)
    min pitch angle (mod -45, vanilla -10)

  • Max Pitch (deg)
    max pitch angle (mod 75, vanilla 60)

  • Lookat Height Zoom In (m)
    lookat point height when zoomed in (mod 1, vanilla 2.4)

  • Lookat Height Zoom Out (m)
    lookat point height when zoomed out (mod 50, vanilla 15)

  • Move Speed Normal (m/s)
    move speed at min height / min zoom (mod 10, vanilla 8)

  • Move Speed Fast (m/s)
    fast move speed at min height / min zoom (mod 30, vanilla 20)

  • Move Speed Zoom (%)
    move speed increase pct at max zoom (mod 1000, vanilla 500)

  • Lookat Dist Zoom In (m)
    distance between camera and lookat when zoomed in (mod 1, vanilla 4)

  • Lookat Dist Zoom Out (m)
    distance between camera and lookat when zoomed out (mod 100, vanilla 50)

  • Zoom Step
    min zoom change (mod 10, vanilla 20)

  • Zoom Time (ms)
    zoom change time (mod 200, vanilla 200)

  • Zoom Speed Mod (%)
    zoom speed enhancement when the mouse scroll is turned faster (mod 300, vanilla 100)

  • Field Of View (deg)
    FOV angle (mod 90, vanilla auto)

I really hate using the middle mouse button to rotate the camera, the side buttons of my mouse are so much more convenient and feel more intuitive to me.
Is it possible to unlock changing the keybind for rotation of the cam to mouse 4 / mouse 5?

@KDK99 - the camera can be rotated by holding the mouse middle button. It's the same as holding the alt button. No need for a mod, it's a default behavior in the vanilla game.

@KDK99, probably too late for you to see this, but maybe your mouse software could assign that mouse button to send the Alt keypress. I don't have wrist problems but I do find using the Alt key annoying, so I have programmed one of my mouse buttons as the Alt key. Makes camera control much better.

Aww it wasn’t quite what I want. It’s nice to have more control but was looking for a way to turn the screen with the mouse or mouse num 5 key. Game doesn’t let me do that. Another gamer has the same issue with weak/paralysis in left hand/wrist. If there’s too many controls on the left it makes it too difficult. My fingers don’t bend or move normally anymore so trying to use alt to turn the camera is a nightmare! Ty for your reply tho much appreciated :)
