Soldier: "Everyone, please stand!
Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn's early light...."

A big surprise to every railfans over in the state, and I'm proud to present my second American train to the world of SFM/GMod, the Norfolk & Western Railway M-Class 475 (aka: Rainbow Sun from Thomas and the Magic Railroad).

About this Model:
This model was mostly scratch built by myself, with minor bits such as smokebox doors and rods came from a Sketchfab model. The cab details however are rather crudely made as my main focus is the exterior of the loco.

- There is a list of trains and other vehicles in mind that I may make in the future. So I can't announce this for now!

- Sorry, I don't know how to make it a drivable vehicle!

I took a lot of time to search the original drawings of the M-class and it was not easy!
But eventually I remembered I found the engine’s original drawings in Norfolk and Western’s historical society website. While the tender was modeled based on photos taken on sides

Do you have access to the diagrams you used to model it?

I've been planning on 3D modelling an M class for a while but can't find any drawings of it in this condition, with the baker valve gear and other modifications

My favorite loco :)
Rode behind her when I was 13 and fell in love ever since.
BTW I'd love if there was a skin to change the numbers to 382 (the loco 475 is often renumbered to for photo specials) and 433 (the other surviving M-class, on display in southwest Virginia where they once ran)

I think the people going to ask of Thomas and the magic railroad add use the Union Pacific 844 in the intro but they don't, So they use N&W 475 would best.
