Murder is a mod that can be a lot of fun if played correctly. The mod involves a group of players who are all civilians except for one player who is the murderer. The murderer wields a knife and seeks to eliminate all of the other players without being caught. The other players can defend themselves using hand-to-hand combat by pushing other players away.

One of the civilians can also have a gun to protect themselves and other players but is not allowed to attack innocent players. Finding items scattered around the map will give the player the ability to use a gun to protect themselves.

The game also involves extensive use of voice chat to discuss suspicions and play along with roles in typical roleplay games. Players need to stay in character and discuss their assumptions about who might be the murderer.

1. Run Counter-Strike and join the server by ip: 185.91.118.247:27015
   
2. If the current mod is not Murderer you can nominate the mod (Homicide) using /nom chat command and then use /rtv chat command to vote to change the mod.
   
3. Wait for the round to begin. The game should automatically select one player to be the murderer.
   
4. The murderer should be careful not to get caught in open areas where other players can see them.
   
5. Innocents, meanwhile, should work together to find items to protect themselves against the murderer. They should also be careful not to attack other innocent players accidentally.
   
6. The game is primarily verbal. Players should discuss suspicions about who might be the murderer and who might have items to protect themselves. The murderer should try to remain low key and avoid being detected.
   
7. If the murderer succeeds in killing everyone until the end of the round, they are the winner. Otherwise, the surviving innocent players win.
   
8. If you are innocent don't attack other innocents, because it will reduce your karma points.
   
9. As an innocent, you can collect 5 evidence to get the gun
   
10. As a murderer, destroy evidence scattered around the map to prevent players from getting the gun.
