Is there a scary monster loose in the bunker? An even scarier war outside the bunker? Why bother with any of that when you have a nice safe room.

In this guide I will show you how to turn the bunker into a home sweet home. Besides, someone is bound to come rescue you at some point......right?

It might be awhile before we are rescued, what with the war, and the coffee breaks, the cigarette breaks, ect.
So we will have to stock up. Luckily, the kitchen at the start of the game should have enough food supplies to wait for any rescue.
Simply drag them into the safe room while your wounded comrade holds off the monster.

Dont worry about him....we are dinning for one here....

It might be a day or two before rescue arrives, we will need a place to sleep. All you have to do is grab some pillows from the infirmary, also conveniently located at the start of the game.
The rug in the safe room looks comfy enough. Plus, you can hide under it if the monster comes sniffing around!

Ok, this one is actually really important....

A lot of people wonder how they can survive these situations, and in a lot of games you see safe rooms where survivors held out.

But you know what you never see? A TOILET!!
How do these people expect to survive held up for long periods of time while there is no place to safely relieve themselves?!
If we are going to realistically hold out for several days, or even a week, we will need a place for our derriere.

Anyways, a bucket in the back of the generator room should do.

It might get kinda boring waiting around all day. Luckily there is a record player on the table. If that's not enough, there should be a soccer ball around here somewhere...

If you get REALLY bored, invite over some guests to show off your progress of stocking up the safe room!

Some might say this is the coward's way, but hey, at least you are not retreating!
