Overview


Eileen, the "Courage of Summer", got coerced into wearing a swimsuit and joining a treasure hunt by the beach in order to overcome her fear of the sea.

In combat, Eileen (SS) (short for Swimsuit) is a Supportive Healer who, much like her Mage counterpart, is capable of freezing enemies and allies alike, and has multiple effects that either benefit frozen allies, or further punishes frozen enemies.
Stats
Eileen's (SS) stats, at level 100 and with no awakenings, are as follows:



With full awakenings, they become:

Eileen (SS) has a fairly defensive stat distribution, with notably high MDF and decent STR. Her INT, while low, will often be patched up to good levels thanks to her passive 1.

Thanks to having 100 Resistance to it, Eileen (SS) ignores the effects of freeze, still being able to move during it, and taking no damage when it ends. She is, however, quite weak to Poison damage.
Ultimate - Snow on the Sea


Deals Ice DMG to all targets and Freezes them for 8 Ticks (200 Ice DMG on expiring).
Enemies within range gain 40% increased Ice DMG taken for 2 Turns.

Passive 1 - Cold Armor


Allies who are Frozen gain 450 DEF, 450 MDF, and 300 INT.

DEF and MDF Increase : 250 / 300 / 350 / 400 / 450
INT Increase: 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300

Notes:
  • Eileen (SS) herself can benefit from this, if frozen.

  • After the Freeze effect ends, the INT buff doesn't get removed. This is likely a bug.
Passive 2 - Ocean's Blessing


After an ally takes Ice DMG, heal them for 1400 HP.
After an ally uses an Ultimate or Weapon that either deals Ice DMG or has a Freezing effect, Freeze them for 8 Ticks (1000 Ice DMG on expiring).

Heal: 500 / 725 / 950 / 1175 / 1400
Freeze Ice DMG: 400 / 550 / 700 / 850 / 1000

Notes:
  • If the Ice DMG is reduced to 0, such as because of Eileen's (SS) own 100 Ice Resistance, the healing will not occur.

  • The Freeze effect happens after the weapon or ultimate that triggered it.
Awakened Skill


Increases Basic Statistics by 10%.

Note: Awakened Skills start at level 0, and can be increased up to level 10.

Tips, Tricks, and Thoughts
Considering how often Eileen (SS) may end up dealing Ice DMG to her own teammates, either from her Ultimate, or by freezing them, it is important that they be resistant to it.
  • Other characters who also have abilities centered around freezing tend to have naturally high Ice resistance, such as Aurora, Adelaide, or even non-swimsuit Eileen.

  • Some characters, such as Tess and Charity, may be able to reduce Ice DMG taken by other teammates. Some weapons may also have similar effects, such as the Fortification of Elements or the Frozen Sword.

While Eileen's (SS) natural 100 Ice resistance is amazing, allowing her to still move while being frozen and benefiting from her passive 1 buff, always keep in mind that it also prevents her from healing herself with her passive 2.
  • Further increasing it beyond 100 will turn any Ice DMG she would take into healing instead. This does not cause the passive 2 to trigger, however, and is unlikely to ever result in a better source of healing than it would be.

  • Reducing it below 100 instead would allow it to trigger, but would also forfeit the ability to move while frozen.

  • Despite sounding similar, Adelaide's passive 2, Fortitude of Winter, acts in a slightly different manner, as it actually entirely removes freeze effects applied to her. As such, she can never be considered as being frozen for more than a brief moment, and never takes the Ice DMG that the freeze would deal when its duration expires. This, unfortunately, severely limits Eileen's (SS) ability to support an allied Adelaide.

Since Eileen's (SS) allies will likely be frozen most of the time during combat, consider giving them mobility weapons, such as Space Wands, or bringing ways to remove freeze, such as Blasting Iceblades or Fortifications of Water, to ensure they can get out of sticky situations.

Increasing the level of Eileen's (SS) Ultimate makes it a more powerful Ice DMG nuke when used against enemies, thanks to the increased INT bonus, as well as higher Ice DMG increase debuff. Keeping it at level 1, however, may be preferable for some players, limiting how much Ice DMG it deals to allies, thus allowing it to be used as a powerful AoE heal instead, potentially triggering her passive 2 twice on each ally in range.

When using Eileen (SS) in the attack team in Shop Duel, do keep in mind that, if your opponent is using the objectively better base, your characters will lose Ice Res each time they're attacked. This means she will not only lose her ability to move while frozen, but may inadvertently start dealing more Ice DMG to her teammates than she is capable of healing.
