Not sure if this is going to help or not, but here it is.

A: Attack – Pad 1-2 (X)
B: Jump – Pad 1-0 (A)
C: Dash – Pad 1-1 (B)
D: Bomb – Pad 1-3 (Y)
L1: Special Attack – Pad 1-4 (LBP/Left Bumper)
R1: Reset Camera – Pad 1-5 (RBP/Right Bumper)
L2: Turn Camera Left – Pad 1-Z1 (LFT/Left Trigger)
R2: Turn Camera Right – Pad 1-Z2 (RGT/Right Trigger)
START Button: Menu – Pad 1-7 (Start) *Duh*
RS (Up/Down): Tilt Camera – Pad1-RY (Right Stick)
RS (Left/Right): Pan Camera – Pad1-RX (Right Stick)

I'm not sure if this can be applied to any other gamepads, but this should be fine with an Xbox360 Gamepad.

The "official" layout according to the config screen seems to have dash on X and attack on B

I'm lazy so I put dash on RB (Reset camera is R3). Wish I could change the "confirm" and "back" buttons and that I didn't have to go through the whole process because I made one mistake. Pretty fun game, though!

There's no real way to just switch weapons.
You'd have to use your special attack to change to the weapon you want.

You change them as you do specials.
It isn't the one where you spin around btw.
