I hope this guide will help you find all collectibles in Mansion Heist Scenario.
By finding all 25 you will get also 5 Steam Achievements:


You have to go to the beginning of the level and then follow the sections below.

Also, I will leave below a link to a video I posted on youtube to show you the exact locations.

Near the front door, you have the first collectible in the red shoes under the bench:


Go back near the safe, look behind the red drape for collectible number 2:


Turn around and go towards the harp. Climb on it and you will see another cat on top of the bookshelf:



Colectible number 4 can be found inside the fireplace:


The next one you can find to the left, inside the wine cabinet, crouch and you will see it:


And the last collectible in the area is found at the bottom of the privacy wall:

There is only one collectible in the area and can be found in the pipe near the Study door:

First collectible can be found next to the door, inside the kitty cardboard box:


The second one is on the bookshelf in the back of the room:


And last one in the area is a bit tricky to get to, can be found under the typewriter, you can see it if you crouch next to the chair:

You need to take a lantern to be able to see.

The first collectible can be found behind the paint cans:


For the second cat, just look up to the pipes above and you will find it very fast:


And the last one in this area is found near the sink, under the sandbags:

As you go up the stairs, turn right and on the second pillar you will find 2 cats at the bottom, the next collectible:


The second one is at the bottom of the lamp in the corner, as you walk right:



The third collectible in this area is at the end of the floor (above the vases), again bottom of the pillar:

The first cat can be found in the bed, on near the left pillow:


The next one, behind the oil lamp on the shelf:


And the third collectible is under the ceiling lamp, look into the light:

In the workshop, the first collectible you will find is on the work table, behind the big wooden beam:


Second one is under the table near the puzzle with the red lights:


The third cat can be found hanging from the work table near the wall with the tools:

For the collectible here, you need to go as much as possible near the door to the Great Room and just look perpendicular in the left corner as shown:

You can find the first cat hanging from the chair, under the blanket:

The second collectible is inside the grate, on the left side of the room:



The last collectible is again 2 cats and they can be found on one of the legs of the armchairs in the middle of the room:
