Adds special forces armor from the SWAT & RIOT PACK mod without cars and weapons to the game. I corrected the texture of the pants and made 3d shoes, also adjusted the protection indicators of some clothes

The items are appearing as tiny kneepads, vests etc.

There seems to be a bug where hair doesn't show when wearing the swat helmet. Can that be fixed?

Thanks for making this. Needed as I am customising a 10 years later setup and the mods for making the cars overgrown doesn't do anything for the swat vehicles
