In your library right-click Ghostrunner -> "Manage" -> "Browse local files"



Once you are in there go to "...\Ghostrunner\Content\Movies"
Delete "SplashScreen.mp4"
Optionally you can delete "GR_TRAILER_Demo.mp4" (this is the intro cutscene)



And done! Keep in mind that you may have to repeat the process if you verify the integrity of the files.
