@Keyzo974 The screenshot was just an example. The easiest way is to copy the Excel spreadsheet from my mod, and then use it in a mod that you created yourself. Use the NON-encrypted files in the folder: \ModProject_eTf3dX\ModProject\ModExcel for your project. You are correct, the game uses encrypted files in the MOD. An open source Mod of this game just means that the Mod includes the unencrypted project, which if you follow the correct steps can be opened in the editor. But in this specific case, do what I suggested and create a new mod, you just need to paste the Localtext file into the ModExcel folder.

I try to look further into this issue and it seems the game rely on a copy of the mod located in Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1468810\2989931497\debug . After this, it seems to use the .json file in Mod_eTf3dX\ModExcel wich seems to be encrypted or using japaness characters wich my text editor doesn't display properly.

Hi, I love the idea of this mod but I can't seem to modify the name of the sect secretary even with your screenshot. I tried to modify the name in Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1468810\2989931497\ModProject\ModExcel but it seems like it is link to an other file can you help me please?
