I'm sure you all know what quickscoping is (if not, you shouldn't be here), so let's get to the how part. It only takes a couple of tries before you can successfully quickscope, I recommend using the Intervention, but the Barrett. 50cal is fine too. All you need to remember is right click > left click > right click. The first right click lets you zoom, the millisecond you see the scope zoomed in, left click to shoot and zoom back out with another right click. Practice this a few times and you should get the hang of it, forget about accuracy perfection for now.

I recommend these classes for quickscoping, but you're welcome to make some alternatives.

Use this setup if you're still a newbie at quickscoping:

Primary: Intervention Extended Mags
Secondary: 44. Magnum Akimbo
Equipment: Claymore
Special Grenade: Stun Grenade x2
Perk 1: Sleight of Hand
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Steady Aim
Death Streak: Final Stand

If you're a decent quickscoper or you have improved, use this setup:

Primary: Intervention FMJ
Secondary: 44. Magnum Tactical Knife
Equipment: Throwing Knife
Special Grenade: Stun Grenade x2
Perk 1: Sleight of Hand
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Ninja
Death Streak: Painkiller

Being a decent quickscoper is not something that you can simply earn by a few minutes of quickscoping, you will need to put in a lot of time and effort practicing. A good way to practice is to snipe with your friends in private matches. The map Rust is by far the most played map for these types of training, and is often used for 1v1 games. Once you feel comfortable, you can start quickscoping in public matches and challenge others in a 1v1.

Tip 1: Stopping before shooting

It is better to stop and stand still before you shoot than running and quickscoping at the same time. This allows your crosshair to shrink and therefore have a better chance of hitting the target.

Tip 2: Duck Sniping

Duck sniping is simply crouching while you shoot. This will shrink your crosshair and improve the chances of hitting your target.

Tip 3: Head Glitching

Head glitching is basically duck sniping but behind cover. This allows you to be harder to get shot as the cover may not be penetrable, as well as improving your accuracy.

Tip 4: Drag Scoping

To drag scope, move your mouse as you pull the trigger. The game will register it as an accurate shot if your reticule is over your target at any point during the shot. This is recommended for targets at close or medium range.
