💦 ᴅᴇsᴄʀɪᴘᴛɪᴏɴ 💦

This mod introduces the water filter straw, a game-changing tool that allows players to drink from contaminated water sources. With this lightweight and portable device, survival becomes easier in the post-apocalyptic world. Purify tainted water instantly and stay hydrated.

You can drink from contaminated sources directly, such as puddles, rivers, lakes, and shorelines. Contaminated containers such as water bottles, canteens, and pots may also be drank.

Each straw has 30 uses before it is depleted and you will have to find another.

They can be found on zombies and in camping store locations.

I am currently playtesting b42 and trying to determine how things work now. A lot has seemingly changed. I haven't done anything with modding in many months, so it will take me some time to learn how everything must be done now.

With that said, there *are* plans to update my mods to the best of my ability. Some of my mods are quite complex and i'm not sure if they will even work with the new systems due to the way I designed them. They will likely have to be re-built from the ground up. This will take some time, and unfortunately I cannot give an accurate ETA on when I will figure out how to update my mods. I don't want to get hopes up or provide false expectations.

Thank you all for enjoying the things I have made and I appreciate all of your patience.

if you want time period accurate maybe look at kataydyn.

also the "lifestraw" is garbage these things screw on to soda bottles these days like the sawyer squeeze.

This technology was in its infancy in the 90s (the time period that this game takes place) and wasn't developed until around 2005 (if we're going by lifestraw) therefore this would be cheating.
