Halo 3's Multiplayer maps in ODST

Contains the following maps:
Rat's Nest
Ghost Town
Standoff
Narrows
Construct
The Pit
High Ground
Guardian
Isolation
Valhalla
Epitaph
Sandtrap
Snowbound
Foundry
Last Resort

Additional DLC maps have been omitted due to their ODST versions being incomplete or having other issues.

Changes from the base tags in the H3ODSTEK include:
Updated HUD for the Monitor to fit ODST
Fixes for the Scoreboard UI
Flag, Mauler and Elephant animations for the player biped
Fixed the first person skull model
Updated each map's forge palettes to match MCC
Added ODST's Health Pack to each map's forge palette
Removed the film grain effect
Halved the player's Health and Stamina
Changed Globals to use Halo 3's Damage Table
